Publication and Review Process

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by EI/Compendex.

The review of papers is conducted in 2 stages: Abstracts & Full Papers.

• The Abstracts should be one page long. Abstracts are reviewed by at least two Technical Program Committee (TPC) members. Decisions on Abstracts are either Accepted or Rejected.
• The Full Papers must be at most six pages long. Full Papers are reviewed by at least three TPC members. Full Papers associated with Accepted Abstracts are prioritized in the review process. Full Papers associated with Rejected Abstracts may be considered only in exceptional cases.

All submissions must be written in English and submitted via the ConfTools platform (link was provided on June 1st, 2025) by the deadlines below. No exceptions will be granted.

Please use the template provided HERE (MS Word) and HERE (LaTeX) to prepare your Abstract.

Final manuscripts must be processed via the IEEE PDF eXpress tool prior to submission. Detailed instructions for this process will be shared after the initial review round.
