At least one author for each accepted paper must complete registration by May 15, 2026. Unregistered papers by this date will not be included in the final proceedings and schedule.
Priority access and lower rates apply during the early-bird period.

- Author registration deadline: May 15, 2026.
- Each author registration covers up to two (2) papers.
- Each paper can include up to six (6) pages.
- Additional papers: US$150 per paper.

Cancellation Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 1, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be considered. A US$25 administrative fee will be deducted from each approved refund.
Substitution Policy
Requests to substitute another attendee on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.
