About SGSMA 2026 Panels
The IEEE SGSMA 2026 conference provides a key venue for presenting recent progress in synchronized measurements and analytics that support the evolution of smart grid technologies.
It brings together an international community of researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to facilitate knowledge exchange, promote innovation, and support the advancement of smart grid technologies. The event fosters cross-sector collaboration by highlighting both academic research and real-world applications.
Panel Proposal Guidelines
We invite high-quality panel proposals for inclusion in the SGSMA 2026 program. Consider the following guidelines:
Each panel should be 2–3 hours long and include 1 moderator and 4 panelists.
Moderators and panelists should be recognized leaders in their field, representing major utilities, research laboratories, academic institutions, or governmental agencies, and should have a track record of delivering impactful and engaging presentations.
Panels should address significant challenges or applied solutions related to synchronized measurements and analytics, with an emphasis on current research directions and industry-driven use cases. More topics may be found at the Call for Papers.
Panel Proposals Must Include
Panel title and brief objective/summary (up to 500 words)
List of moderator and panelists
Biographies of moderator and panelists (up to 150 words each)
4 references related to the panel topic
