The 5th International Conference on Smart Grid Synchronized Measurements and Analytics

Potential Authors are invited to submit original research aligned with the core themes of the SGSMA 2026 International Conference found in the Call for Papers. Only unpublished and original work will be considered. Submitting a paper implies a commitment to register and present the work at the conference, should the paper be accepted.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by EI/Compendex.

The Review of Papers will be conducted in 2 stages: Abstracts & Full Papers.

• The Abstracts should be one page long. The Abstracts will be reviewed by at least two Technical Program Committee (TPC) members. The decisions on the Abstracts will be either “Accepted” or “Rejected.”
• The Full Papers must be at most six pages long. The Full Papers will be reviewed by at least three TPC members. Full Papers associated with “Accepted” Abstracts will be prioritized in the review process. Full Papers associated with “Rejected” Abstracts may be considered at this stage only in exceptional cases.

All submissions must be written in English and submitted via the ConfTools platform (link to be provided on June 1st, 2025) by the deadlines:
🗓️ July 15th, 2025 for Abstracts
🗓️ October 15th, 2025 for Full Papers
No exceptions will be granted.

Final manuscripts must be processed via the IEEE PDF eXpress tool prior to submission. Detailed instructions for this process will be shared after the initial review round.
