The Graduate Student Travel Grant Program will be part of the SGSMA 2026 International Conference, with the goal of encouraging graduate students to attend and present their research to an international audience from academia, government, and industry.

This program will offer free registration and complimentary accommodation to selected students. Priority will be given to those with accepted papers or posters. The number of travel grants will be limited, and selections will be made based on merit and eligibility criteria.

Eligible students will have the opportunity to apply for support, which includes:

• 4 nights of accommodation at the official conference hotel (shared room)

• Full conference registration waiver

• A letter of support for visa applications (upon request)
